The SummitLink® mobile app is a real-time reservation solution allowing you to make “pick me up here now” reservations as well as future reservations and those more complex characteristics. Connecting you directly with multiple car providers who manage their fleet in conformance with local rules and regulations as well as years of best business practices, SummitLink® eliminates the need to phone a car company or to use a more expensive and risky mobile app alternative.

Need a ride in a sedan, SUV, or limousine? Use the SummitLink® mobile app to quickly compare quotes from leading chauffeured ride providers and select the provider you want to use. Use your phone’s GPS to quickly arrange for car service from your current location. Or simply and easily make a reservation for chauffeured transportation virtually anywhere in the world and at any time through a simple, quick and enjoyable process.

When used as an enterprise solution, SummitLink® ensures you are using one of your organization’s preferred car companies while supporting required policies and procedures from the reservation process through the payment process. From a reservation perspective this includes car service reservations from your desktop, through your travel agency, and via your travel online booking tool. It also integrates with other aspects of SummitGround® including automation of the billing process, online reporting and dashboards, customer service administration and other elements providing a complete chauffeured transportation management solution.

The SummitLink® mobile app is currently available to SummitQwest clients and their employees using our industry leading ground transportation management solutions. It requires a company code during the installation process which will be provided to you by your organization and is currently not available for consumer use.
